Leo was born in a family which has been running an artificial flower factory and doing domestic floral businesses for over 30 years. Leo has developed his own aesthetic of floral design since he was young and gradually finds a passion in this field.
As Leo is always independent and don’t want to take over the family business without any self-breakthrough, he started to look around oversea market. In 2017, he met with Anna who just gave up high-salary job from Alibaba International Trading Dep and trying to find a new lifestyle. Coincidentally，they shared common interest in flowers. Anna has been working in international trade for over 12 years and Leo has rich experiences in flower design, with own factory as advantage, they decided to work together to run international floral business.
‘OLER-Design, Knowledgeable and Breakthrough’ is the illustration of the company’s name. Launch new designs continuously, being knowledgeable and specialized in flower market, keep breakthroughs all the time.
Now this team has 12 young florist designers and 25 salesmen with experienced foreign trade knowledge as well as excellent English. What’s more, it has expanded businesses to more than 20 countries such as Belgium, Germany, Portugal, Korea, the U.S., the U.K., Africa, Poland, Australia and etc. Our major customer group are those who do floral rental and event&wedding decoration, the event planners which are also our target group.
